Log-in User Credentials

Whole Foods Market has made the decision to implement user credentials on July 31, 2020.
Who: Every user of the Supplier Portal.
What: No more shared passwords! When the Supplier Portal login experience changes, each WFM Team Member and supplier will need to create a unique account.
When: July 31, 2020
Why: We are moving away from shared username/passwords to provide a more tailored and secure experience for our current and potential suppliers.
How: You’ll soon see a new, redesigned login screen. There will be two options:
- Create a new account
- Once you’ve created a new account, that will belong to you and you’ll use it every time you visit Supplier Portal thereafter!
- Log in with an existing email/password combination
- This is not the old shared one – this is for after you create your new account
